Jack Leon Ruby (Jacob Rubenstein 25 de marzo de 1911 – 3 de enero de 1967) fue un empresario nocturno y figura secundaria del hampa estadounidense, conocido por asesinar el 24 de noviembre de 1963 al único sospechoso en custodia por el asesinato del Presidente John F. Kennedy: Lee Harvey Oswald.
